As advertised - clean, quiet, affordable
I needed a bedroom and that is what this was. During my five nights the other two rooms were also occupied but everyone was quiet and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The shared kitchen has a large fridge and there was plenty of space for my food. Will stay again if in Las Vegas in the future.
