Clean, comfortable, well equipped
This place was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen allowed efficient meal prep. Everything just fit perfectly in this place. We don't spend much time hanging out at the room where we're staying; just need a home base that has a decent kitchen and washer/dryer. This place was perfect for us. Neighbourhood seemed nice. Highly recommend. Will stay here again next year if possible when we come back for the Olympia.

A nice relaxing change from the busy strip. Loved the apartment, very clean, all was provided for all our needs and the covered outside area was a great plus!

Great place!
The place was GREAT! Clean with easy check in. The owner was quickly responsive. The neighborhood was nice, safe and quiet. You do hear some freeway noise and noise from the airport but other than that the place is great! Will definitely stay here again!

Very quiet neighborhood. Nice bedroom and kitchen; had all the items for cooking, first aid kit, laundry facilities, dish soap and laundry detergent. Great for a weekend vacation or doing work while you travel.

Wedding in Las Vegas
Our stay was great, the property was spotless and the neighborhood was quiet. I found that upon receiving instructions for check in I was off put by a disclaimer the owner attached to the check in procedure instructions, basically a list of additional fees/charges for ANY stains on towels and sheets which freaked us out, promoting us to go to the local mall for linen and towels, if I have to oay, I'll take it home with me.What does that even mean? That is a FIRST and not fair to spring a threat onto unsuspecting paid visitors. Weird

Quiet Getaway
Dave and I love coming to Vegas and not having to stay on the strip. This location is close to everything. It’s quiet, clean, and the perfect size for 2 people. It’s a home away from home. If you don’t want to eat out, there is a stove, microwave, good size refrigerator, plenty of plates, silverware and pans. If you need anything, Walmart is close by. Thank you for a wonderful stay, this by far was one of our favorites.!!

Superbly clean Slow WiFi Comfy beds Owners brought us sheets for futon bed-so kind Towels thirsty and absorbent and thick Washer/dryer convenient Recommend owners switch the refrigerator/freezer doors to open into the room instead of toward the wall. YouTube has lots of videos on how to do this. It’s easy! Proximate to all the things Comfortable Well stocked Amazing shower

Perfect stay, Perfect location
The unit is exactly as described in the listing on VRBO. It was exactly perfect for me. I was in Las Vegas for the Pizza Convention and this was a far better choice than one of the overcrowded hotels around the Convention Centre. Pro's: * Great communication with the host * Location - quick ride to Boulder Station, Sam's Town and Sunset Station * Safe and quiet neighborhood * Very comfortable accommodations * The shower - this is the most amazing shower I have ever experienced in a rental. * Quick Uber ride to anywhere on the Strip I wanted to go - not expensive * Great outside area accessible only to the rental unit Con's: * I had to leave :(

Great Little Place
The husband and I spent a long weekend here for a softball tournament. We only needed a place to shower and sleep, and were basically trying to avoid all the crowds, resort and parking fees associated with staying on the strip, and thats exactly what we did. This little place was clean and quiet, and the neighborhood was the same. I liked that we had a designated parking spot in the driveway for our vehicle. The Lyft ride to/from the strip didn't break the bank, so that was nice. There wasn't much we didn't like, although I wish we could've gotten some local television stations. There was what I assumed to be an air antenna, but it barely got any signal at all. Wifi wasn't the best, we relied mostly on our cellular service. Overall we would recommend this to family/friends to stay while in Vegas, and if we return, we would consider it ourselves as well!

The space was a perfectly cute little studio for one or two people. More than that it would just not work as it would be too cramped. I felt completely safe the whole time. I was assured through Expedia that three days ahead of time I would get check-in information, but I never received any of that information and had to end up calling the property owner, which was a little frustrating. The place was extremely clean, however, they only provided two bed pillows, which looked and felt very sparse on a king size bed. I would’ve loved more pillows. I also would’ve liked a few more amenities such as extra trash bags and perhaps maybe some writing utensils. But these are just small nitpicky things and overall the stay was fantastic. I did get to meet the owner of the property at one point and she was very sweet and cleaned the unit while I was out which was nice, as the white marble floors tended to leave a lot of hair and dust on them. I would stay again if I had the opportunity.

Very nice stay at this small apartment. Well equipped with everything needed for kitchen, small stove, full refrigerator. Host was super friendly and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable place for one or two guests, about 20 minutes from the main hotels, good and quick communication with the host, just one note, the the water handles in the bathroom sink are backwards (hot/cold)
