David, the host, was great! The apartment was spacious, well-stocked, clean, convenient, all around it was a great experience. David provided taxi service at a reasonable rate so we didn't need to rent a car nór pay for parking.

This was an ideal place for us to wash the Zion & Bryce Canyon dirt away and relax for a few days at the end of our vacation. Host displayed exemplary hospitality. Very nice!

A real life oasis!
Cleaniest property I've had the pleasure of renting. All amenities were as advertised. I didn't want accommodations on the strip, and this was perfect. Safe, non-touristy area so everything i needed (grocery, gas station, local restaurants) was within a mile radius.

Easy stay up to expectations
The stay at the place was great. Easy to get to the strip and we paid for parking each day (20-30) but you could uber as well. Clean, easy to use appliances, furniture. No concerns with our stay.

Great location
The place is exactly as it looks on the pictures. The location is so close to everything (you'll need a car). The place has everything you need already there. It's very quiet. David (the host) is very nice and checks to make sure your stay is comfortable.

David's place was exceptional. Though I don't have many stays on this platform, I have stayed at over 60 hosted homes , and David's is easily in the top 5. Communication was great, place was very clean, and supplies were abundant. I will gladly stay here again and highly suggest David as a host.

Better than we could have imagined!
Pictures do not do this place justice! It was perfect for me and my hubby’s week long stay. Super clean and safe area! Close to anything you would want to do. David was a wonderful host and goes above and beyond with extra amenities as well! When we come back to Vegas, there is nowhere else we will stay but here!

This house was perfect for two people who went into the strip. There was everything we could need. David was so kind and pero ally met us to show us around. Everything was easy! Highly recommend.

The property owner meet us at the door when we checked in. He showed us the property then left. He was very nice and told us if we needed anything to give him a call he was there to help us in anyway he can and hope we enjoy are stay. Very nice place and would stay here again if we were to go back to Las Vegas.

Great place to stay away from the strip
David showed us around during check in and made sure we can contact him if anything arises. The small house is great if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay away from the busy strip. The location is excellent! Everything we needed was a very short drive. The amenities provided were great too. The private parking was also a plus. We did encounter an unexpected issue during our stay but David was responsive to the situation.

Great pickleball tournament getaway!
This property is only a couple miles from the airport, yet it's quiet, and it is about a couple miles from the great pickleball courts at Sunset Park. I actually walked home one evening after playing, and even stoped at Walmart for a few groceries on the way. I really appreciated how clean and well set up it was, with a private entrance, full kitchen, washer dryer, nice bathroom with a good shower, a comfortable couch, satellite TV, seperate bedroom, and it was particularly easy to UBER everywhere I needed to go. Worked great for my five day pickleball getaway and tournament!

Fantastic Accomodation
This was a fantastic home away from home! David met us at the place to give us the keys and show us around. The unit has everything that you will need-a nice place to sleep, watch tv, relax, cook-indoors and outdoors, washer and dryer (including detergent and softener sheets, a refrigerator loaded with water, and some small packages of chips. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and seemed to be 10 - 15 minutes away from everywhere we went-UNLV, the strip, and downtown. We were there for 5 days on a business trip. I appreciated having this wonderful smoke-free place to come back to every evening to relax. Thank you David for providing such a wonderful accomodation!

Great, Quiet Place to stay
David was very accommodating and responded immediately if we needed clarification on anything. The vrbo itself was immaculate and looks exactly like it is advertised. We had a great stay, and enjoyed the smoking areas both in front and in back. It happens that David has a 20 year old Macaw that graced us with his presence on a daily basis and was one of the highlights of our stay. Even though this is located very near the airport, we never noticed any engine sounds, etc. There is everything you need to either prepare food there or a short distance to any type of restaurant you could possible want. We will definitely be back if it is open the next time we visit Vegas. Kudos to David for being so friendly and accommodating! Thank you!

It was great the atmosphere was beautiful, quiet, peaceful and roomy. Clean and neat. I forgot where is was a couple of times at night. The bed put me straight to sleep. I will definitely stay here again and again.❤️
