4 BED HOUSE 15 MINUTES FROM LAS VEGAS STRIP

All four bedrooms have a queen sized bed, dresser, and tv. All televisions have smart tv capabilities and are signed into Hulu Live which has about 45 live channels and the whole Hulu library. You can also sign into your own accounts like Netflix and Disney+. The dining table seats six people. There are cups, bowls, plates, eating utensils, and all sorts of cookware like pots, pans, crockpot, etc. There is a smart lock on the front door that makes check in very simple. Every guests gets a new code to open the door and can check in on their own after check in time. The property is about a 15 minute drive the the Strip. Each bathroom with a shower has body soap, conditioner, and shampoo provided.

Location Location Location
This property was within 5 miles of Nellis AFB which is what we wanted. It is very spacious inside with four bedrooms. If and when we go we will stay again. It is located about 25 minutes to downtown Las Vegas but we don't plan on a trip there.

Overall very comfortable place. Nothing luxurious but definitely cozy and enjoyable for family gatherings. Clean, plenty of blankets and towels. Lots of pans and dishes to cook at home. Would definitely book again if we were to be in the area again.

Great Place with a Great Host
Joe and the property were both top notch. We had a fairly large group and the house was perfect for us. I've stayed in Vegas multiple times over the past few years for softball tourneys and this is by far the best house we've stayed in so far. Parking was a bit tight, but Joe made it work by allowing us to use the RV gate and garage. Looking forward to another stay next year.

No problem with anything, the location from the strip was great. Prices in the area was normal and visitors' prices. Very nice area, street noise first thing in the AM if I need a place on my next visit to Vegas, I will keep this place on my list. It worked out great with my family.

Thank you Joe! We had a wonderful stay at your home. It was just the right distance from the strip to still enjoy the night life of it. The rooms were large and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We will defiantly stay again.

Had some last minute changes to our trip and the host was very helpful in accommodating the changes. House is conveniently located to to speedway and Nellis AFB. Restaurants nearby. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Room to park in the garage.

Girls trip to Vegas
We had a great girls trip and stayed at this location. We had rented a car which made it much easier to get around. Place was clean and as described. Only down side is that there is a cleaning fee yet we were also asked to strip the beds, start the washing machine and do the dishes. This is why we left to go on a girls trip! Get away from chores!

Comfortable Stay
House was large enough to give everyone their privacy and very comfortable for everyone. Minor issues that were resolved rather quickly and no big deal at all. Location was great and a quick 15 min drive to any location we needed to be. The no street parking was not a big issue for us as we carpooled but it was disclosed in the description and owner does allow for the side gate to be opened for additional parking as well as parking in the garage. Would stay here again!

The home just really seems like it hasn’t been upkept or cleaned in awhile. The master bedroom bedding had a lot of sand and dirt in the bed. Bathroom has tub definitely needs a good scrub. Everything just had a good level of dirt and dust on it including walls

BEST HOUSE!
Me and my family loved this house it is perfect! It has everything. This family has thought of everything from extra blankets and pillows to coffee maker of both kind and toys for the little ones. We have stayed at many different house from South Dakota to Florida and by far the BEST! it even has a big back yard and a grill for hotdogs and burgers. It is a great neighborhood and close to everything also the house has a master bedroom downstairs and also very big bedrooms upstairs and the washer and dryer is upstairs I loved that. They left plenty of washing powder and also dishes and dish detergent. They went above and beyond with everything. The beds are very comfortable also. Hopefully we can get a chance to stay in this house again.

Great stay for Family
House is spacious, simple, what you see in the photos is what it is. Host is easy to get a hold of . I like the fact that he has no hidden fees. Listing was able to accommodate our family of ten. Kitchen was equipped with everything that you need with spices probably from past visits. Washer and dryer was a plus with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Bathrooms were clean and supplied with everything that you need. Beds were nice and comfortable. Minor issues pullout sofa bed unusable, air mattress has pin hole. You can park two vehicles in the garage and if you have more cars you can park it behind the RV gate. No parking in the streets which was stated when I booked this property. It was convenient and near the freeway. Overall great stay.

Upon arriving and pulling to the garage it was full of appliances, furniture and 2 overflowing trash bins. The kitchen trash can had the trash in it from the previous guest. A dead roach greeted us in the main bedroom. We notified the owner the upstairs bathroom (where there are 3 bedrooms sharing it) was not working. He said he would call someone to take care of it. We never heard from him again. All the guest staying upstairs had to come downstairs to use the bathroom. The house on the corner of a very busy main road. You hear traffic all hours of the day. This is a sad, disappointing house with an owner who appears not to care.

The home was nice enough, but the neighborhood was rough. Cops in the driveway once and in the street two other times. Garage had random stuff in it and not clean. Pretty much whole house was not clean and ended up washing all the dishes before using. Pulled scissors out of burger block and they had bbq sauce on them still.. a lot. Missing light bulbs, sliding door was so dirty with hand prints and dirt that I had to clean it first day. All toilets rock and stink, shower curtain in master needed replaced a year ago… our filth. Only good thing was I could park in the garage.

Vegas stay
We stayed here for two nights which was fine for us. A longer stay we might have chosen a different place. The pros were that this house has 3 bathrooms which is always a nice feature. There are parking spots in a driveway and/or garage. The fact that there are some toys for kids, a bath bench for older folks if needed is considerate. A grill outside as well was welcomed. Cons were that the place could have been somewhat cleaner. There was a great amount of dust on the chain of the light above the kitchen table so a little daring to eat under it. Perhaps apply some contact paper or a clean board under the kitchen sink. Blankets and bedspreads/towels were just okay and not especially inviting. Perhaps some patio furniture and/or a simple firepit for evening enjoyment outside. There are simple/inexpensive things that could be done to make this house feel homier and more inviting. As stated previously, for our short stay it was adequate and suited our needs, however, if we were to stay longer we might be inclined to look a little longer to find a place that guaranteed Covid cleanliness and some coziness. Oh, and there was a camera in the living room and the master bedroom which seemed a little odd. The description might want to disclose there are cameras in the description. I believe the camera was off but it was discomforting to think it might not be.
