Firstly, it was very hard to communicate and get the checkin details, had to spend 5 hrs for details with customer care. Host wouldn’t respond. AC and water heater wasn’t working, so they took time after the checkin time. Host controls the AC temperature and they don’t keep it low… we had to open the windows to stay cool. Getting access to WiFi password is another struggle. Overall very bad experience, don’t pick this.

Has potential but not clean at all
This place has the potential to be a great place to stay. However, it has not been kept up and was not clean at all. Needs some deep cleaning, some carpet cleaning, and we would have appreciated even light cleaning as we had garbage left all over the place. There was a latex glove on the floor in the family room, a half eaten croissant behind the toilet and empty water bottles and other random garbage all over the floor throughout the place. The sheets in the master bedroom weren’t changed and we had to find clean sheets and change them ourselves. My daughter had a bug in one of the beds in the twin room which didn’t surprise us when the place hadn’t been cleaned or deep cleaned in a long time. The shower curtain was disgusting and those can be changed once a month for like a dollar. We couldn’t check in for a couple hours after check in time because they were doing maintenance but there was good communication through the App and we were given a few hours to stay after check out. The house is in an area we felt safe. There was a lot of room and it had a great layout. A huge family room and open space for everyone to gather. The master bedroom had a very weird bed with just a mattress low to the ground so it was hard to get up and down. The master bed did not have a TV which was weird. Most people like to watch TV before they go to sleep. It’s Has potential but I will not stay again unless it has a major prof cleaning overhaul. It’s not as clean as the pictures look.

BEWARE
The host was awful. No check in process until 15 minutes before check in. Then we had to wait an additional hour before getting inside because the AC was broken. The host was unresponsive the entire trip. The house was extremely dirty inside, stains on walls, carpets. The fridge had old food in it. Dirty counter tops. The AC was broken and the house wouldn’t get cooler than 79 degrees. The bathrooms were disgusting and the shower curtains were old and moldy. No towels. Trash inside still. I would give this place a -10/10 if I could. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
