Property is just like the pictures and the condo is just high enough to not hear the dj at the pool party unless you wanted to, which my daughter liked seeing below the balcony. Just a perfect place to stay for us.

Great location!
Hubby and I have stayed here before and we love it! Kimia is a pleasure to communicate with, the place has a nice home touch, a fully stocked kitchen and is a short walking distance to the MGM Grand pool complex (lazy river is a must!) and if you want a close place to eat, Nacho Daddy is walking distance.

Balcony overlooks the MGM pools and lazy river as well as TopGolf. You can see the Sphere out the bedroom window. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need.

Wonderful Las Vegas Condo
This property has everything you need for a perfect vehas getaway. The view from the balcony is amazing. The room is clean, well equipped, and the beds and linens are comfortable. The property is impeccable and quite but close enough to everything you need to enjoy las vegas. Kimia is wonderful to communicate with and responds quickily with any questions. Not only would I recommend staying here, I would be a returning guest!

The penthouse suite had everything that we needed and was very comfortable and spacious. There were only two of us and we had more space than we could use. The valet service was very fast. The host is the quickest to respond out of anyone I’ve dealt with and is warm and personable. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I spent a few days in Las Vegas on our way to Arizona for the winter. We booked our stay at The MGM Signature, and are very pleased we did. The Condo we stayed in is very nice, the plush carpeting, and furnishings are top of the line. Our host Kimia was very accommodating, and gave us everything we requested. We liked so much that we are staying in the same condo on our way back to Canada in the spring.

Beautiful Condo and Ideal Location as is a short distance to the MGM Grand. Lovely views from the penthouse floors. Very clean and tidy condo. Fitness center on the lobby level was a definite plus. The owner Kimia is very receptive and helpful. We plan to stay here again upon our return to Las Vegas.
