"The view from the property to the ocean was amazing!!"

"Horrible experience... they didn't change the bed covers from the previous guests, we told the guy, and he said he didn't check before we arrived, so he gave us clean bed covers, and we had to change all the beds. In the bathrooms there was not towels, no toilet paper, no shampoo, no even shower mats, no hand soap. In the kitchen they even don't have dish soap, not even the most basic utensils; there's no way you can cook if you don't take the utensils. The house is nice, but it had a musty...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa. We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous. The ocean views were amazing, the landscaping was gorgeous, and the aesthetic of the place was very tasteful. If you’re the type to be scared of by a little bit of nature, such as lizards, spiders, raccoons,...

The owner was very responsive to correspondence and any issues were handled quickly.My only disappointment was that the listing states the beach was a 3 minute walk when in fact it was more like a 15 minute walk to the beach which included several minutes walking along the shoulder of a very busy highway. "What a great property. There’s a pool, whirlpool, full kitchen (with bottled water!), two bedrooms, AC, and a great porch with hammocks. The property manager Gloria is spot on with her communication, and English. Beware there is no hot water (that I was aware was of). One bed was tough so I moved to a different one and it was good. Thanks for a great and easy stay "
