The entire area of Las Canteras is a very lively area, with a 3km promenade along the beach, with a great gastronomic and cultural offer along the entire promenade. It is an ideal place to enjoy the sea, walks and sports.
Along the promenade you can enjoy different options, the small beach area and surroundings is ideal for practicing diving glasses, but about 500 meters away there are beaches for surfing, with a great atmosphere, you will also find many surf and paddling schools.
Gastronomy is a strong point in this area where restaurants of various cultures abound, you can find from Latin cuisine to Lebanese, passing through the oriental, the ever-present Italian, Galician and of course the best Canarian cuisine.

Wonderful stay close to the beach

Amazing location and superb roof terrace. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Great communication around key handover. Apartment internally is relatively basic (beach house vibe), would be quite small for 2 people but perfect for 1.

Not the cleanest, damp, needs upgrading, no good views from the roof top terrace, inadequately equipped, blinds and tv not working.

Location perfect

Location was perfect but apartment needs some updating. No parasol in roof, I did message regarding this and was told they would look into this but no one got back to me. no shade whatsoever on roof which made it very difficult for my husband to sit outside. Chipped plates, broken bottle opener, knife broken. No wine glasses. No fans or air conditioning and bed was not comfy at all. I would imagine the heat to be unbearable in the summer. Ants in the kitchen area

A lovely retreat close to the beach

Three levels of undisturbed outdoor life in the heart of Las Canteras! The terraces provided plenty of shade and sun all day, perfect for any meal at the middle level and for sunbathing, reading books, and having a glass of wine by sunset on the top roof. Yes, there might very well be at least 40 square meters of terraces, but the flat itself is considerably smaller than the announced 30. Maybe not more than 15, but nevertheless a convenient, light, and practical accommodation for two people who can keep it tidy. The property is excellently situated close to the beach, but at the same time in the middle of the city with the hustle and bustle of the locals, which suited us perfectly. Everything was smooth, from pick-up service at the airport till pick-up service at our departure. The flat was impeccably clean on arrival, and was cleaned for us during our two-and-a-half weeks stay. The staff at Flatguest was always helpful. The lid on the kettle was broken so it couldn't be closed, and there was no coffee-machine available. Otherwise everything was fine.

Wonderful rooftop studio

The studio itself is smaller than the 30 sq m advertised, but everything was spotlessly clean with a great shower room and comfortable bed. The outside terrace is outstanding for breakfast in the sunshine above the noise of the city, right through to the evening. Centrally located, it is two minutes walk to the beachfront and surrounded by an excellent choice of restaurant and bars. Better parasols on the terrace and outside cushions for the chairs.

This is really a lovely apartment with an amazing rooftop terrasse that is just perfect to relax on. The apartment itself is small, but has everything you'll need for your stay. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and at the same time close to all kinds of shops and the city center. Leslie from Flatguest was quick to answer my questions and always there to help. Had an amazing time and will definitely come back!
