The check-in process was confusing as the person who checked us in didn't know where the unit was and had to call someone to find the unit number. This new apartment has great views but no ventilation. So, if you keep the windows open the apartment cools down. However, the tremendous road noise prevents conversation as the unit is facing a main road. Also hard to sleep – it is either super hot or very noisy. There is no AC or fans provided. The bare essentials that we have come to expect like soap, shampoo, bath wash, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. were not provided. When we requested them, we were rudely directed to a store. Upon arrival, we informed them of a broken toilet seat in the master bath. We were told that it would be fixed in 2 days – no one showed up during our stay to fix the toilet seat. we were not informed that the parking garage was under construction. We had to park 3 blocks away and were told that parking would be reimbursed. However, the owner wanted bank account information to send a wire instead of paying quickly through online portals.
