Roof terrace accessed by the spiral stairs, furniture here not as pic - old wooden, rickety sun beds. Terrace has 360 views. Lift to 3rd floor then a flight of steps & outside to access property. We told agent from the outset we would be arriving circa 9pm, assured this would be ok & we would be met - later got notification of late...
