"The rooftop bar had a great view, but it only opens for events. The room was nice and provided a view of the city and the spiral building. The main bar staff wasn't helpful, but the bartender in the karaoke area was great! She was informative and also provided the complimentary champagne. "Beautiful hotel, the only 2 details was that we arrived at 12:00 and the room was not ready ready until 3:00 pm, and the wifi is really bad, one day we couldn’t watch tv, but the staff, restaurants, they are very friendly, we had a dinner at Caleta, and it was an amazing experience,and delicious, nice room, comfy bed, ocean front balcony, very safe area, the pool very clean, nice and relaxing, thanks Sofitel it was a really good choice to stay there"
