"This place is in a great location in downtown Panama City, Panama, but the building is infected with roaches. We had to kill at least ten roaches in the apartment that we were staying in. I messaged the host to send a exterminator, but he never did. The hot water heater also doesn't work. The hot water only stayed on for about 5 minutes, in the bathroom shower and then it was cold again. The maintenance guy came twice, but it didn't work. We took lukewarm to cold showers while we stayed there....

"We were looking for a vacation that had the best of both worlds meaning the urban parts of Panama City and the historical neighbourhood of Cisco Viejo. This location was perfect. You are within walking distance of manys shops and restaurants and if you're like us we also walked to the new city as well as across the Causeway. The apartment was very modern and clean with all of the amenities you could ask for. I would absolutely stay here again !!"

"We had an excellent stay at this property. Spacious, beautiful views and attentive host. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very timely with meeting us. Also, there was an issue with one of the A/C units during out stay and the host addressed it immediately! "Beware of this host. This host confirmed my reservation and then went MIA the day of check-in. I was stuck in the lobby of the building with my whole family and no access to the unit. VRBO tried to contact him with no success. I had to scramble to find another place last minute which ended up costing more. Beware."

"If you are looking for a basic apartment with bare minimum, then this is great! It’s referenced as luxury, but there was a sheet on each bed, pillows were flat, only a couch for 2-3 ppl & dining chairs. The photos shows the unit well decorated, but it’s pretty bare upon arrival. The cleanliness also could be better. Parking was also tight, so smaller car recommended. Gave it 4 stars overall, as it was $79/ night when we rented. So got what we paid for."
