"This is an excellent property near the airport. It was clean, the staff is friendly. They provide a welcome cocktail and a giant breakfast with delicious coffee. The internet worked, they have cable TV and a nice lobby. The only downside was the shower was barely warm. But that is standard fare in Panama. They also have a free shuttle to and from the airport. I would stay here again and recommend to others."

"We were there just one night. Got there past 8 pm, hungry and the restaurant was already closed, didn’t get much help from the staff. It took them half an hour to charge my credit card for the cost of the room and we had to drive 20 minutes, back to the city, to find a place to eat. Back at the room it was cozy with a fire place. "The staff are very friendly. We had a room in a cabin outside the hotel in a gorgeous garden. We had issues with water temperature we told the manager and they fixed it right away. Nice breakfast area. "

"Beautiful location next to a river. Had balcony with river view. Loved the peacefulness and was able to get full rest and relaxed. Restaurant was delicious, highly recommend this Hotel. Staff really friendly."

"The absolute best place to stay. It is up the hill away from town but the taxi is only $6 one way. The view and food totally worth it. The staff go out of their way for you and make sure your stay is wonderful! Thank you!"

"Clean safe property but a little out of the way. Definitely recommend having a car if staying here. Staff were super helpful. Interior rooms were great but exterior could use some TLC. No chairs to sit outside in and you have to pay to walk in front of hotel which seemed odd. "

"This site has a wonderful setting with beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and helpful from housekeeping to the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, all are very good. We had some minor issues with hot water in our suite and our Wi-Fi failed one day but they did everything in their power to correct the issues as soon as possible. We are very happy to have stayed here and would highly recommend."
