"We absolutely loved this place and hated to leave but as they say, all good things must end. The pool and beach are right outside the back door. The weekend was a little busy as to be expected and parking was a little hard to come by but once Sunday afternoon rolled around we pretty much had the complex to ourselves with just a few others coming around occasionally. "Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again."

"This unit is perfect. Beautiful ocean and beach views! Modern appliances with comfortable beds and furnishings. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Facility is secure with and wonderful pools and easy beach access. Includes a small restaurant and bar with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Host quickly responded to all our questions. Highly recommend 1007. Tips: go to gym early before it gets crowded and bring your own pickleball equip. "

"Great location, steps away from the beach. Wished the check in process was smoother. We had stayed at a different apartment a few months earlier and had no problem checking in. At this time we were told that only 4 people were allowed at a time at the pool area, however, we saw families of up to 6 people including kids at the pool and no one questioned them."

"Beautiful condo overlooking Playa El Palmar. Location is a little remote, as there are no amenities at the condo. A car is recommended, unless you like to walk a lot and are okay jumping on the local buses or you want to take a taxi everywhere. Condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable. Owners were very prompt to deal with any issues or repairs that arose. Would highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay here in the future!"
