"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. "Stayed for business. I was early for check-in, not only did I get the room, but I was given an upgrade! The room was spacious, the bed super confortable, the minibar very well stocked, good shower and stuff. The breakfast was great! And I also had dinner at their restaurant and it was pretty good too. There are at least 4 restaurants that looked great walking distance. "

"Staff at Palacio de Valderrabanos was great as they were very helpful even as we made our check-in an hour after new years. The property is amazing and with a very rich history, so very recommendable to stay. Parking was not that close and was not part of the hotel, but is understandable in such a historic landmark. "A great choice of hotel for exploring Segovia. It’s right next to the Roman aqueduct, and you can walk up into the city to see the other attractions. If you arrive at Guiomar station then the local 11 bus drops you off across the road from the hotel. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious. I was happy with my choice. Very good local restaurant just along the road. "
