I like the location, easy&off access near interstate also neear the university. The staff are friendly and accommodating but the hotel is in need of updating just due to wear and tear from age but the rooms are clean.

Good value for the price. The room was clean. A fridge would have been awesome, but we made due. I liked that the window opened for fresh air however there was not a screen. Coffee was awesome and thanks to the gal at the front desk for being helpful.

This property was very dirty, no water available not even to buy. The person was not knowledgeable at all regarding the hotel. Pool was supposed to be heated. It was but was not turned on. There was a lack of supplies and towels.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Got a good night sleep for the most part. Some loud neighbors but that is not on the hotel. Don't go for the breakfast. It was gone way before 9:30 am (weekend) and was not replenished. only got coffee. Staff is ok but not professional. Public areas could use some cleanup.
