Self check in - This studio is located in a safe quite cul-de sac neighborhood 1:2 miles from downtown and 3.0 miles from Mesilla Plaza. The unit is sparkling clean and has a kitchenette with full-size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and a spacious bathroom. The kind size bed is very comfortable, the dining table is large and doubles as a workspace. Parking is on a driveway directly in front of the unit. The studio adjoins my house but I respect your privacy

Perfect little stay!

This place was a perfect place for a bit of eating in (fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, etc.), located in a quiet neighborhood, TV, a really comfy bed, off-street parking, and while I never saw Imelda, she answered my emails promptly and I knew that if I needed she would be there! Highly recommend!

Review of Las Cruces room for rent

Best bargain in Las Cruces for 1-2 people - room/suite is located in a private home with a separate entrance and area for parking - features a comfortable bed in a very clean room with many extras that are not at the large hotel chains - homeowner/Imelda is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she did everything she could do to make my stay comfortable - a great value for the price! Thank-you Imelda for your hospitality!

It was good for 2 nights

It was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in. I couldn't stay here longer then 2 nights due to it being close to train tracks and no electrical outlets close to bed for phone or alarm.

Absolutely wonderful!!

I have stayed at this location on 2 different occasions now, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. My daughter plays on a traveling softball team and we are all over the southwest throughout the year. It is so comforting to have a place that you know is nice, safe, and affordable. Most importantly...Imelda (owner) is the sweetest and most attentive person.. she is wonderful!

The place suited our needs perfectly. Very compact, but big enough to be convenient. Everything was new and very clean. Imelda is very hospitable. Loved the baked goods she left for us. Two improvements needed: a sharp knife and instructions about the new keypad. (Punch the numbers in BEFORE hitting the button above the numbers).

Overnight Stay

The place was really cute and cozy. The bed was kind of hard and lumpy but it could have just been me since I have chronic pain so it was not comfortable. There is a train that goes by at like 3 am and its pretty close by. The bathroom had great lighting to do my makeup but you can't turn off the exhaust fan while using it. I would probably stay here again since I visit cruces often and sometimes need a spot to stay.
