"I really cannot fault the cleanliness of the accommodation. I also needed to be in that area but there are few hotels to choose from. It is really basic and the quality needs to be improved like towels and TV especially. The bed wasn't good either. Perhaps that is how the proprietor want to keep it that way, low cost. I wasn't able to check-in until 8 pm. but that was ok. Perhaps they should let me check-out later than the stated time."

"Esmeralda is in a great position . Room was fairly compact with good views. Reasonably comfortable but fridge is too small for guests staying more than a week. Oven was very slow as well"

"We stayed at Hotel Galetemar. We didn’t realize when we booked it that they are all privately owned apartments. It was the usual basic Spanish Apts but perfect for us in terms of location n how peaceful it was. We were close to a very large supermarket, 5 mins to the tourist ‘Tren’, literally on the beach 🏝️ and 5 min walk to the start of the promenade. The old town was really lovely, would like to explore that more. We will definitely be going back. "

"Check in is at a different location. GPS brought us the wrong direction to our actual apartment. Apartment itself was in a great location. Clean with everything you need. Only one roll of toilet paper and limited cooking utensils. Biggest complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable. We ended up taking the mattress from the couch and roll away bed and putting them on top of the actual bed. "
