"Hotel looks new. Excellent condition and clean. Beds are comfortable. Water taste nasty. But that's not the hotels fault. Breakfast is basic. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patty, packaged rolls, and yogurt. Had milk, OJ, grape juice, and coffee."

"Right from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with polite words and a clean lobby! Even though it was cold and snowing outside, that didn't stop the front desk from being polite and ensuring that we had everything we needed & notified me I was selected as the "Guest of the Day", which was a very nice touch & unique to this property! Something that other hotels should adopt because it makes guest(s) feel appreciated! There was nothing special about being "Guest of the Day", but they did provide a bottle of water and a bag of chips! Outside of that, the room was clean, the lobby, hallways and breakfast area! The only thing I would change is the banging of the doors by the cleaning staff while cleaning rooms! "
