If you prefer adventure to the beach or are simply looking for a change of pace, spend a day at Foldvik Family Park, improve your swing on the golf course or visit the cozy fishing village of Nevlunghavn, possibly in combination with a hike on the Mölen. Although the harbor is dominated by pleasure boats, there are several fishermen who ensure that you can be served fresh mussels and crabs on the quay. If you want to explore more of the coast on foot, there is a signposted coastal path that leads from Stavern to Helgeroa. Stroll through the towns of Stavern and Larvik or feel the pulse of history on your way past Istrehågan, a burial site from the Iron Age.
