"Tout d’abord je dois dire que Joelle, la propriétaire, est charmante. Elle a expliqué à mon fils comment utiliser le four à pizza dont nous avons bien profité. La maison est très spacieuse ainsi que le jardin. Le problème principal c’est que j’avais cru louer une villa avec piscine ‘privée’ et donc j’étais prête à payer le prix. "We had a fabulous stay ! The house and garden were perfect - it’s was so hot when we stayed that we spent a lot of time in the pool which we loved. "I was extremely pleased with hotel de college! Beautiful hotel, well appointed room, very happy with the thermal baths right next door. My room also had a mini kitchen which was fantastic as a great to go kitchen basically across the street(and I was by myself doing the gr 65). I hate hotels who don't let you open the windows so this was also a plus. Best night of my trip so far!"

"Mark and Gill were super hosts from start to finish. The facilities at the property were outstanding - fabulous heated swimming pool; well equipped games room; comfortable, spacious, well appointed accommodation; provision of bicycles and other sports equipment; large garden set in a peaceful, rural, location. Near to cycle path, tennis court and interesting towns. It was perfect for our family who all had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended "

House has a great setup and we loved our stay

"We stayed at Cedric's property for three weeks, with friends coming to visit during that period. The house is really nicely set up to allow for entertaining and relaxing; the pool is the perfect temp, the house is cool during hot days and the living room and kitchen are spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms are large and cool during the night which was important for us - we prefer to sleep cold. Cedric was really helpful and suggested great local markets and restaurants. We realised (only after booking) that there are also michelin starred restaurants nearby, should you wish to dine out in those sort of places too. The local markets were really excellent and we found ourselves making good use of the kitchen. The furthest we really had to travel was a 20 min drive and that was entirely optional. The pool really made the experience for us; it's really relaxing to hang out there in the middle of the countryside. It's very private and you do feel like you can switch off. The place was clean (we also asked to have a cleaner midway through our stay). "

"Charming hotel but definitely not for the English speaking traveler. Hotel staff (the night we checked in) was unable/unwilling to assist us in securing a taxi, so we ended up leaving after just one (out of our non-refundable two!) night. Overall, disappointed with our experience. "
