"The property is well maintained, spacious and is located in a quiet urbanization a few minutes from Sabiñanigo. We enjoyed eating as a family in the terrace beside the kitchen and we enjoyed sitting outside in the terrace off of the bedrooms to feel the refreshing breeze coming down from the mountains."

"Estancia agradable para visitar la zona y hacer senderismo. En el establecimiento la atención personal excelente en recepción. Hemos tenido problemas a la hora de bañarnos en la piscina, pues cuando hemos ido la hemos encontrado cerrada fuera de servicio, por lo que es como si no hubiera piscina. En mi opinión, al apartamento nuestro le faltaba menaje, cuchillos que cortaran. Detalles. Las instalaciones dan sensación de abandono. Tanto la piscina, como la pista de futbol, la pista de tenis o el...

Dog friendly hotel with spectacular views

"We have stayed here several times as it is a perfect dog friendly hotel. We pay for a room with a patio which is great for the dogs. The area is ideal for walkers and the scenery is spectacular. The town of Torla is unique with beautiful buildings, well worth exploring."

Disappointed

"We have been surprised by the poor level of service of this hotel. It's rated 4 stars we paid more than 160 euros by night but they were several issues. The restaurant was quite often complete, we were not informed in advance. We made the queue to be then informed that it was complete. Hopefully for the breakfasts we took it during the booking. Nevertheless , we had to wait minimum 30 minutes to get in. The servers were overwhelmed. Inside a lot of products were not renewed. We already waited 45 minutes for the check in on day 1. We went to the spas to get a massage for 1h30. The music was not functioning (system broken and no maintenance). We can hear the voice of the men on charge of the swimming pool welcoming all people from the hotel. Not a place to relax. The massage in itself was not pro. For a cost of almost 90 euros by person, and we took two (for the couple, one after the other), it's way to expensive for such poor quality. The tv was broken, internet too and hot water during one morning.everything was fixed after an alert at the reception desk despite internet failure. Some good things though: great place and view on the mountains, big beds very comforting, nice hotel infrastructure,good chef cooling eggs in the kitchen for breakfast."
