"Pierre is a very nice host, answered all our questions promptly. We arrived late at night due to a heavy traffic, but it was not an issue to him. We did not meet him in person, which is a pity, but I must tell he won a lottery with Florence and her partner, who was helping us during the whole stay and was very nice to us. The appt is as it looks at pictures, cosy and light but surprisingly not too warm even in high july (there is no AC there, but we did not need any actually). However we needed...

The view was amazing and it was really easy to communicate with Tony. He did not speak English, but we understood each other. U will go back next year it is 100%."

"We have stayed in Ceret several times previously and Duplex 77 is one of the best rentals we have had. Situated in a street just off the centre of town you can walk there in about two minutes. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all that is needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The owner is easily contacted and helpful when the need arises.The view from the terrace is lovely. We would recommend."

Une ristourne nous a été faite du à tout cela. Très chouette échange avec les propriétaires. L'accueil à l'arrivée a été fait par la voisine, très sympathique. Nous pourrions réellement y retourner. "What a great location. It was a quick walk to everything. Each day we really looked forward to going "home" to relax. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but I must admit to never, ever having been in one that was comfortable so it was expected. The stair up to the suite were daunting at first but it is amazing how quickly the body adapts! "The property was a perfect place for our family (with 2 teenage boys) to relax for a couple of weeks. Conveniently located a few minutes from the centre of Perpignan (but with no sense of being in the city), around 10 minutes from the expansive sands of Canet Plage and with great views of the Pyrenees. We made good use of the lovely pool area, table tennis, etc. and well-maintained grounds. James is a very obliging, friendly and un-intrusive host. We hope to return!"

"The hotel is clean, safe, with friendly staffs. The room are spacious as expected and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately there was an issue where the AC cannot be turned off, but it didn’t impact the experience too much for us. The hotel has its own restaurant which we did not get to try. The dining option outside of hotel within walking distance are much more limited, with most selection are fast foods. However as you will most likely arrive by car, the hotel to Perpignan centre is within 5 minutes."
