Near the PORT de PLAISANCE de KERNEVEL, the Cité de la Voile, embarkation for the Ile de Groix, 10 minutes from the Lorient SNCF train station, bus connection, 40 minutes from Quimper, Vannes, Carnac. Our animal freinds are not admitted. VERANDAS SAS D ENTREE: storage unit. ENTRY: internet office corner. KITCHEN: fitted equipped with BAR (2 stools). LAUNDRY and DISHWASHER, oven, microwave,. STAY ; table for 6 people access to terrace and kitchen. LIVING ROOM: convertible sofa with 2 club armchairs, children's chair, coffee table and fireplace, TV and INTERNET DVD player. DOUBLE GARDEN; 1 entrance access, 1 living room access. BATHROOM: corner bath with shower head. Independent WC DRESSING; for suitcases and clothes. ROOM 1 ; 160 bed with chest of drawers, wardrobe, coffee table to put your suitcase and wardrobe BEDROOM 2: 2 beds in 90 transforming into 160 with wardrobe. GARDEN SIDE SIDE: Table and garden furniture with parasol, barbecue and 2 deckchairs.

Week end en famille les pieds dans l'eau !
Un super week-end en famille, La maison est très bien située 50 m de ma plage, proche de tous les commerces. De plus la maison est tres fonctionnelle, il y a tout: cuisine, four, machine à laver, salon de jardin barbecue parasol transats.... Nous n'avons pas vu l 'hôte mais par téléphone, elle a été très sympathique et prévenante, n' ayant pas de location derrière elle nous a proposé de rester plus tard pour que nous puissions profiter de la plage une après-midi de plus . Un grand merci !! Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr !

La proximité de la plage est un gros plus pour cette charmante maison, bien équipée et agréable. Le centre de Larmor Plage est rapidement accessible à pieds. Idéal pour un séjour entre amis. L’organisation pour l’arrivée et le départ est très bien.
