"This property is walking distance to restaurants, shops and where you take boat rides. It represents the Puerto Rican houses from the past but with the bonus of AC. Owner is very responsive and acomodating! Perfect for our one night at The Parguera! Will be back!"

"Nice spot, beach across the street is not swimmable but other beaches are a few minutes' drive. There's a/c in each bedroom. Would have been nice if they had beach towels, and items to take to the beach. Everything else is nice, big area, and comfortable beds."

"This is an excellent property at a very reasonable price. Nice beach, great pools and hot tubs,very nice restaurant and very nice staff. We rented a kayak to go snorkeling on Gilligan’s Island."
