"It was OK and reasonably comfortable for one overnight stay. The room was very cold, without apparent thermostat adjustment. The bathroom floor was very cold and my room was in an annex, not as in the advertised photo. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. Staff were very professional and extremely polite. "

Moss is being heavily invested in as an area and as a result we enjoyed a stunning hotel, the spa was incredible, the food was delicious and the staff were really helpful, polite and accommodating to us and our young family. I cannot recommend enough for a few days on a Fijord near Oslo. We’ve stayed in lots of luxury hotels around the world and this one is up there with one of the best. Thank you for such a great time. "I was not informed where to park my car and there was nobody at the desk when I wanted to check out. Breakfast was good. I could have eaten dinner at the hotel but I wasn’t informed about the rooftop restaurant. I was happy with my room. Bedlinen were very comfortable and I could open the window to have a cool breeze into the room at night. Some newly built hotels don’t have windows that can open. I never stay a second night in such hotels. Thanks Klubben - I’ll be back!"
