"The staff at the hotel were very attentive and always greeted everyone with a smile, from the front desk to the cleaners and the servers at breakfast. They honestly were the ones that made the experience special! The room was big and had everything we needed, but the safe is on the small side so can’t fit laptops. Good selection at breakfast. The location was great: 1. close to the tram stop that takes you directly to the airport and train station, and 2. just a short walk from all main attractions, yet quiet enough if you want to escape the crowds"

"We had a wonderful one night stay while visiting Florence. Such a lovely hotel. We enjoyed the spa area which was a bonus we were not expecting. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and were so impressed by the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Had a great 3 night stay for a work trip. Location is great only a few minutes walk from the station. Easy walk to most central attractions and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable but very small, and the shower tiny! Everything functional but small! Double room was a good size for one person but would have been a squeeze for a couple. Breakfast options were limited but everything very tasty and good quality considering it is included in the room price. I would definitely recommend for a short stay for 1 person, any longer or more than 1 person in the room the small size might become annoying. "

Their attention to detail is commendable and the professionalism from all staff was over the top Lorenzo at the front desk was extremely helpful upon check-in and always eager to help with any questions I had some of the best Americano I’ve ever had Hotel restaurant and the breakfast here are to die for with a huge and I mean absolutely huge selection of what you can have.
