"Unfortunately they couldn't find our reservation and the communication was poor and seemed dismissive with us. Yes we got it straightened out, but the next thing we encountered was a semi clean room, the doors were open allowing flies into our room, I went to wash my face and use a wash cloth to clean and dry the counter, and it was dirty all around the caulk around the sink .
