Very nice pool - Great view from balconies! Good location for coffee, groceries and dining. Bath mat had black mold … and room could have been cleaned better before our arrival.

Too expensive same apartment are way cheaper. And they charge you 2000 php (32 euro) if you stain one towel. Room completely empty no kitchen ware inside. If you wanna use the washing machine they charge you extra.

I really like the area that the hotel is located. It appeared to be more Korean in spire restaurants near there so if you’re looking for that sale of food and opportunities to try while in Lapu-Lapu highly recommend. I did not know when booking that it’s going to be more of apartment style which I really really enjoyed. The showerhead does come with a filter. I would book again.

Cockroaches and ants in the room. Toilet didn’t work. Washing machine didn’t work. Water from shower was brown. WiFi was intermittent and incredibly slow. Cellular service in the rooms is equally poor on globe or smart networks. Highly suggest avoiding at all costs. Feels like a slum on Newtown Blvd. Surprised I didn’t get bed bugs.

The location was great and so was the staff. Just a few issues with the condition of the furnishings. The table had some water damage. Plus it was very hot in the hallway outside the room. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Everything was good. the person responsible for giving us the beach voucher was rude, unprofessional and argumentative towards me my wife the lady from Csuites refused us a pass ruined the entire stay. I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. They should not have someone with such low intelligence talking to anyone about anything get him a helmet and keep idiots from behind the counter.

It was ok, but my fault for not checking on in house restaurant for breakfast or bar. None of this is provided or offered. Luckily there are nearby restaurants and bars at other hotels. Family oriented

Don't stay here. The washer/dryer jammed on dry for 2 hours. I had to call maintenance to get my clothes. No hot water. The staff was polite. The living room and kitchen was nice.

False advertisement and outdated
First off, they advertise they have a gym for use which is not true. It is only available to their long-term leases. The main reason I booked was because of the pictures and the advertisement for a gym. The spa is not available either. So I was not happy right away when I found this out at check in. The room was dirty, dated with ripped sheets and stained towels. No pots or pans for the kitchenette so I guess you’re supposed to bring your own. Comfortable bed and they had a washer in the unit so I could do laundry were the only saving graces. I didn’t even bother to check out the pool, I just went to the Hyatt down the street where my friends were staying and used their pool and gym. Very disappointing stay.
