"The property is just beautiful, in such a quiet area with we loved but only 5 mins from the local amenities. Has all the facilities we could have wanted and needed, even down to family games for the wetter days. Kids loved the pool and play area too! The stay was perfect for us all! "

"The photos do not do this property justice. Its a lovely large secluded house in the middle of sunflower fields. The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. There is a sandpit and a wooden lookout that are not pictured, but were a lovely surprise. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended. "

Spacious garden and house, even for 5 of us and the house could have still been comfortable with more people. Great location, close to shops etc., but still a quiet location surrounded by sunflowers. "Spent 2 weeks in August at this property with full family enjoying lovely weather. Excellent large heated pool in lovely garden setting, used every day. Plenty of space with comfortable beds in good sized bedrooms. The grandchildren loved feeding the animals in the adjacent small holding."

"Very spacious property for family of 5. Lovely outdoor space and a great pool, much used in the heat. Area is delightful - easy access to Brantôme, Perigeaux, Ribérac (fabulous Friday market) and numerous relaxed restaurants. "

"We had a very lovely stay. The house was spacious with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The pool was wonderful and we would recommend this property. More sun loungers and a parasol by the pool would have been great and we found the WiFi upstairs patchy. Franck and his wife were great and responded quickly to any messages both before and during our stay. "

"Loved this property and our holiday there. Fantastic gite out in the beautiful countryside with everything you need for your holiday - the open plan layout worked really well in the hot weather. Owners are next door and are super friendly and are ready to help if needed. We took our bikes so a short ride (also walkable) down to Laprade for the cool pizza restuarant/bar or a little further to Aubterre which has a beach by the river and the stunning village has plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and little shops to keep us entertained. Didn't explore too much further but enjoyed a kayaking trip on the Dronne, Firday morning market in Riberac, Brocante market in Verteillac and ice creams in Brantome."
