"Our holiday in the Villa met all our high expectations. The Villa has superb accommodation and outside areas and facilities. The Management Company looked after a couple of issues which arose, including loss of hot water, very quickly. Makry Gialos is a fantastic and authentic resort, away from the tourist hot spots. "Just back from a wonderful 10 days at Elounda Eleon Villas. Maria and Ilias are great hosts and Zetta a fantastic housekeeper who kept our villa spotlessly clean. Loved the location of our villa which had spectacular views to the sea. The pool was a welcome relief to the hot sun. The owners are lovely and make sure you have everything you need. We'll look forward to visiting again soon. "

"We were met by the owner on arrival & briefly showed around, we didn’t arrive until 1am so I’m not sure if he was tired but he was not very welcoming. The only welcome pack was 2 bottles of water, there was wine there but he advised this was €12 a bottle. He also advised that the gas to the cooker was turned off, so on a stove there were two rings for 10 people, which would never be enough. It was also not clear on the information that 4 of the beds were so separate with no access to main...
