We traveled in all directions and the location could not have been better, and the final joy was the town of Calvanico where we enjoyed sitting with the locals and being involved in Italian life."

The villa is simply exquisite. Yes, it's (very) hot in summer, but the quality of the house, the pool, the view, the proximity to great places like Vietri, are all well worth it. "Casa Rosa is a large house with space and comfort for 8 although we were only 7. The pool is large and Guiseppe keeps it beautifully clean. The house is located within an hour of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum the Amalfi Coast and is an ideal place to sight see all the extraordinary monuments around Vesuvius. Guiseppe is kind and responsive host, his neighbours less so but he did everything to make our stay a happy and agreeable one. "

"True Italian experience. House found up twisty, turning streets to quiet area in a quaint Italian village. Enjoyed the local coffee bistro/village gathering place. Best coffee found in two weeks. Good access to local sites. We really enjoyed the back yard"

"My family of 6 stayed for 1 week at this beautiful property. Nestled in a small hilltop village we experienced life with the local Italians. We were just steps away from a cafe and butcher. Relaxing in the garden you can hear life in the streets and children in the school next door. Michel was a great host who made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was very good for day trips to Naples, Paestum, Salerno, Amalfi Coast and Pompeii."

"Siamo stati qui per 7 giorni, con 7 persone, razzi di 13/15 anni, 25 e over 50. Siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo fatto escursioni a Salerno e Benevento ma sopratutto siamo stati nella piscina, abbiamo cucinati insieme, fatto bbq e giocato a carte e dadi.
