"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"When I checked in, I was so tired that i dropped my wallet on the way to my room. Thankfully, hotel staff found it intact & knocked on my door 15 minutes later. I'm very grateful to them for literally saving my holiday!"

"The stunning building has wow factors at every turn. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, well decorated, and completely individual. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. The location is right in the centre of this beautiful old town that is well worth exploring. I recommend staying here to anyone. "

"Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well."

"The hotel is exactly as pictured. It is in an excellent location literally 1-2 blocks from the historical sites/neighborhood. The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. "

"We had a lovely time in a very clean, comfortable, modern hotel with a warm and friendly welcome. The big surprise was the quality of the food at the hotel restaurant which meant we arrived after a long trip and didn't need to get back out to Figeac to eat out. We would definitely return if we are anywhere in the area."

"Malcolm and Vivian where very welcoming and helpful. The views are amazing and the location is very peaceful. The house is beautiful and quirky, although if you like to cook for yourselves, the kitchen is a little short on utensils. We improvised! We had a problem with the cooker and Malcolm had it replaced the next day! We would definitely stay again."

"Petit camping bien agréable, au bord de la rivière du Célé,nous sommes bercés la nuit par le bruit de l'eau, tout en simplicité rien que l'essentiel, cabanon bien conçu, bonne literie, tout est très propre, c'est le type de camping où j'ai envie de revenir car il est pas trop grand à taille humaine merci. "A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. The room was large and comfortable although the bathroom was clean it was a little dated in design. The hotel restaurant was excellent with a lovely evening meal. Not the cheapest in town, but excellent quality and again, very friendly staff. "
