"Villa Filaus is excellently located. Away from the crowds of the Old Town, yet the Old Town is very easily accessible either by getting the bus which is just a 2 min walk from the Villa, or it’s a pleasant 40 min walk, which I did often. The Villa is a few minutes walk from a lovely pebble beach where it’s possible to watch the setting sun. There’s a huge selection of places to eat, and while the main promenade which passes by the end of the street of Villa Filaus, can be a little touristy...

"It is good place if you have a car. It’s a little far from the center. Lots of stairs to go to the room. The shower is weird. So much water goes on the floor when you shower. Luckily there’s a lot of towels to dry the floor. The equipments is old but working. For the price it was OK!"

Only thing I did not like was the comfort of the sofa bed, but moved mattress on the floor and did not contact property about it.
