"Great location in the plaza with plenty of wonderful cafes, restaurants, bars, and walking distance to Haro Bodegas… The staff was extremely pleasant and informative.10-minute walk from the bus station and and 15-minute walk from the train station."

"A very nice place to stay on the way to Bilbao and the ferry to Portsmouth. Fairly modern, good Dinner menu and the Breakfast was good. Overall will be staying there again."

"The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again."
