3/2 Heated Private Pool, 5 Min to Beach

Sleeps 10, Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, vacation rental home with private fenced in and heated in-ground pool, AC, heat, Wi-Fi and smart TV included with cable. Home is located a block off of the inter-coastal and is fully furnished and includes all appliances, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and outdoor grill.

All linens are included, as well as beach towels.

Home has a kitchen, dining, living, and Florida room. Master bedroom, with private master bath, has a queen size bed and has Direct TV, second bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV/DVD player, and last bedroom has 2 full size beds. Couches in living room and Florida room have full size pull-outs.

Home is walking distance to a playground, Walgreens, some wonderful restaurants, a Finnish bakery, and tennis courts. We are 1 mile to the ocean and beaches with restaurants, parking, shops, etc. House has 2 parking spots in front of a detached garage (garage is unavailable for use, as used for private storage), and parking is allowed on the street. Two hours to Disney, Epcot and Seaworld. Twenty minutes to West Palm and 1 hour to Miami. 15 Minutes from West Palm airport. Many local attractions.

Wonderful Family Experience
The house was perfect for our family of five (Dad, Pregnant Mom, 14 year old daughter, 10 year old daughter, and 1 year old son) so we really hit each age group and all had the most relaxing stay. The heated pool was perfect, great neighborhood for walks around and to the little playground down the street. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. No complaints, highly recommend this rental if staying in the area!

Very clean, communication with owner was great and quick response. Loved that the Old Key Lime House was a short walk since the first tropical storm of the season sat on top of us for two days but we made the best of it!!

A great home and pool!
Our family of five had a great time in the home. The three bedrooms were large and comfortable, the pool was great, and we enjoyed the neighborhood tennis courts and the nearby beach. The owner was very responsive when we had small issues with the front door lock and we definitely plan to stay again!

My family, three adults, two young kids, loved our stay. The house was perfect with lots of space for everyone. The pool was warm and terrific for the kids. The area is great with park, tennis courts, old key lime walking distance, and a number of other beaches and restaurants a very short drive. Nice cozy house
The size of the house/lot was great for our needs! Bonus for 2 beds in 2 rooms. The pool and deck area are beautiful and peaceful. While the kitchen was a bit small (stayed with friends so several cooks) it had plenty necessary kitchen items! Plenty of towels/sheets overall well stocked house. We would stay again.

The house is nice and very well located. The pool great. The houses and streets all around are very pretty. Beaches are close enough but not walking distance. The book of things around is very useful. The house is better than expected. We will come back again to the same house if we were going to be in this area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my family enjoyed the stay. The house was pefectly clean and we loved and enjoyed the pool. There were a few issues. The master bedroom toilet and shower was flooding everytime the 2 bathroom flushed the tiolet, the living room lights and front porch light seem to have had a shortage in it and the lights flickered, my family did not like how the other bedrooms did not have any cable. Despite the master bedroom shower and toilet flooding, the flickering lights and no cable in the other two bedrooms the house was perfect. If we didn't need a little more room for our next trip I would most definitely rent this vacation home again. The response for the flooding was very prompt and professional.

It was an older home but well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. It had a pool but because of the weather we were not able to use it. Only issue was the guest bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The host was very responsive when I had to reach out to her. Overall is was a good experience.

Baseball tournament
Property suited us (3 players and chaperones) well for our baseball tournament. We’ve stayed at many vrbo’s and this one is well equipped. We didn’t venture out much into the surrounding area as our games were pretty far away but the neighborhood is quiet and fairly well kept. Would feel safe walking around. Older home but was clean and beds/furniture were comfortable. Kitchen has just about everything you need to cook whatever meals you’re planning. Pool area is fairly private and surrounded by foliage and garage. One word of caution, tile (indoors and outdoors) can become slick when wet. Overall pleased with our stay.
