Cozy and efficient
The property was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient. The twin bed is a small roll away bed that was not the most comfortable sleeping arrangement for an adult but would be ok for a child. The queen beds were great. It would have been nice to have laundry onsite, however overall great stay and I would return

Perfection
I have stayed in many VRBOs and home rentals, and there are usually issues. This place had none. It was perfect. Easy to check in, lovely decor without being cluttered, remodeled but not a do-it-yourself nightmare. There were thoughtful touches like coffee and tea in the kitchen, a shoe mat by the door, and blankets to snuggle up with. The woodwork is beautiful, the house is quiet and the rooms are well appointed. The bathroom is large and lovely to use. The only detraction is the neighbor who has a lot of junk outside, but honestly, they weren't noisy or disruptive and there is only so much an owner can control. Completely recommend.

Lansing Property
Took a few to get Wi-Fi figured out, but the owners were very helpful in getting it figured out, there are cameras in the house that can be covered up but always felt like you were being monitored, just a little odd to have them in the house. No laundry room so that would be a plus for the future renters. Third bedroom is a rollaway,

Great place to stay when visiting your MSU kid.
This home was a great alternative to staying in the Mariott or the Graduate in East Lansing. It was lovely and clean with a spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and space to spread out. We would stay there again.

Exceeded Expectations
The home was very clean & carried all the essentials. Plenty of space also (we were 5 adults & did not feel cramped). Check in process was smooth & home owner was quick to respond when needed. The 2 bedrooms have a nice sized bed with plenty of blankets to keep you warm & fans to keep you cool. The room with the twin bed is a rollaway bed in a small room. Bathroom was very nice, updated, big, & clean.

Nicely renovated!
The house is a perfect mix of historic charm and modern updates. We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house is clean, well-stocked with amenities and kitchen items, the beds are comfortable, and it was very easy to work with the owner. The house is close enough to the highways and downtown to be convenient, but the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We will absolutely seek this place out next time we visit!

Cute, comfortable place to stay. Well-equipped kitchen and reasonably comfortable beds. It seemed like someone's home, not just a rental.Close to the capital and historical museum, which we enjoyed visiting.

Cozy, beautiful home near downtown Lansing
We had a great time at this home. We stayed for 5 days while we explored Lansing before moving long term. It’s about a 20-30 minute walk to all the downtown amenities - most days we rode Lime Scooters though, which took 10 minutes. Once downtown we could easily take the bus (line 1) to the MSU area where there’s even more to do and eat. The house itself was well stocked with cooking supplies, towels, linens, cleaning supplies etc. It was very clean and cozy and the beds were super comfortable. It was only two of us but we had more room than we needed. It could be a great stay for 4-5 people if you’re sleeping 2 to a bed. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed even from out of town. They were very easy to communicate with and even went above and beyond to help us with our house search for our future move. If I had to list any negatives it would be that the bathtub wouldn’t give hot water (the shower was very hot and lovely though). All in all fantastic stay. I highly recommend it
