"It was easy to parking it was safe and quiet but one thing we got there by 9:30 for breakfast there was no eggs left some off the other staff they we sorry there is no more for day "

"Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. There was only 1 elevator working during our 3 day stay, so waits were long. The pool was closed for service 2 of the 3 days as well. "

Exceptional stay

"We booked this hotel for a family wedding in the Lansing area. The hotel was clean. I can't say enough great things about the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The parking attendants were friendly and prompt with our car. We asked about food around the area. They gave us a great recommendation and a map on how to get their. The staff made our stay exceptional. Customer service is lacking in so many places on a days. But every staff person we talked with were friendly and helpful. All smiles. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
