"Perfect house for a week away with the family. Kids loved the pool, which was great for when the weather was a bit cloudy. Beaches are really close by and easy to access. The hot tub was ideal as well, and well maintained. Lots of beds for our large family one double downstairs with adjacent shower room for parents, then two double rooms plus a room with two singles and a bunk bed upstairs for the kiddies."

"Our family had a wonderful stay in this excellent villa in the fantastic village of Porspoder. There was plenty of space for our family of four and our dog. The property was great and the private pool was superb. Perfect to splash around in and play in the heat - we even went in when it was raining! There is a brilliant shop (Utile) about 3-5mins walk from the property which catered for everything we needed for the week and with the beach about 5-10mins walk away, we were able to walk along the...

"While the house was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and obviously a well-renovated quaint older substance building…..NOTHING can top the terrace facing the ocean in the back of the house. With the location of the house at the end of the street and well-situated screens/walls the deck is completely private, right on the edge of the ocean above granite boulders, so when the tide comes in you can hear the waves breaking…nothing says vacation more than soaking in the hot tub to that...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Point St Mathieu, and found that the villa suited our needs very well. We all found the beds amazingly comfortable so we slept very well. The garden was well used for eating al fresco and relaxing on loungers and in the hot tub. We appreciated the wine on arrival, an invitation to the local Fest Noz and the amazingly interesting views. All in all a memorable week."

"Excellent modern & high standard of accommodation, with everything you could possibly need. About 200 meters from the beach and a short walk to an even bigger beach. Excellent hosts and a very simple check in/check out process. An indoor swimming pool for the couple of days when the weather was poor (essential with 3 grandchildren). Highly recommended."

"Booked this house for its location and garden. The house was big enough for my family (3 couples and 3 singles) and garden big enough for my dogs with walks right from the back door. It has lovely terraces so you can follow the sun around with large tables for alfresco dining. Although the house had 3 en-suites it would be good to have a separate shower room for the other 2 rooms and curtains for the baths/showers would be a good idea. Also full length mirrors in master and second large bed...

"This is the third year we have stayed in Plouescat over Easter, and each time in one of the trio of houses in this area. This house was probably the best suited for us in terms of the number of bedrooms and living space (family of 6). I highly recommend this for a week's break - so close to the beach, and lovely indoor pool for when the weather isn't great. Francis is very communicative and available over whatsapp in case of issues."

"Wonderful villa and wonderful location! The Villa was well equipped and very comfortable. We all had a brilliant time. Plenty of sandy beaches within a few minutes drive. Oceanopolis in Brest was about a 40 minute drive and well worth a visit. The swimming pool was used every day and my 4 year old grandson would be happy to stay in all afternoon if he could. Patrick the host was very kind and helpful. Thoroughly recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay in this modernhouse with its well designed and amply supplied kitchen, eating and living areas. But there were some drawbacks. The four bedrooms on the first floor were lovely, the one on the ground floor rather gloomy and impractical. Storage space in the bedrooms was generally limited and lacked hanging space. We felt that one toilet on the first floor was hardly adequate for eight people and the lounge floor one was rather public and awkward for the ground floor bedroom...
