We intended to leave our car overnight in the garage but in the end it was too tight a squeeze to get it in (not the property owner's fault!), so we left it in a parking bay each evening and it was fine. "Pros….comfortable bed but pillows thin and bolster uncomfortable (we did not use) and duvet instead of throw…would be better. Exceptionally good shower, very clean, good washing facilities and outside space. Kitchen well kitted out. Cons…..tourist information very out of date and only in French. Heating boiler did not adequately heat house, on chilly evenings….we were firmly advised not to touch or alter settings…and apparently it was necessary for the owner to enter house to check on regular...

"We quite liked this property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main road into Dinard. A good location for visiting St Malo and Cancale. The house remained cool in the days where the temperature exceeded 30c. All the facilities worked, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine. The only failing was the lack of Wi Fi.
