"A group of friends and I made our first fishing trip to Guntersville and weren’t familiar with the area and where to stay. We found this property and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The house was clean, very spacious, and in a convenient location. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to questions we had before the trip. "Responsive to questions on the day sent. Sent pictures of plastic toilet seat burned and reported a greasy smell (I didnt want charges to me). I had to explain them that day (I was there for a wedding and busy) despite pictures, which is where I should of "read the listing."
