Maison Andrias - Charmante maison de bourg

In Langrune-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 54 m² village house for rent, located 250 meters from the sea, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 27 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- A 27 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...

Second floor:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 (attics): double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot (on request at no extra charge) and high chair (on request at no extra charge)...

The house is ideally located in Langrune-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be just 50 meters from all the essential shops, as well as restaurants and bars...

Maison Andrias Great location and nicely refurbished apartment. Few issues we shared with the agent and the owners but did not get any response. There’s no handwashing basin in the toilet which is not very hygienic or practical. The wall lights are placed low and are only bulbs, which makes it easy to break them. Especially at the staircase going to the top floor. There should be protective covers on the lights to make it safer. Parking was a bit of a pain as the nearby street was always full of cars. There was a lot of noise from neighbouring properties but maybe we were unlucky with the week we picked. Overall it’s a nice property to stay that just needs a few improvements.

Lejligheden lå lige midt i byen med gåafstand til alt man havde brug for. Bilen kunne holde stort set uden for døren. Hvis vi skal nævne en lille detalje, så mangler der en håndvask i rummet hvor toilettet var, men kunne se at der var gjort forberedelse til det så mon ikke der kommer en håndvask der engang."

Pour les enfants il y a un grand parc à 2 minutes de la maison 😊 La maison est parfaitement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner etc. Une mention particulière pour la literie, couettes et oreillers qui sont d’un confort exceptionnel 👌🏻 Réservez les yeux fermés!"
