"This is very definitely a budget hotel. Very cheap and very basic. The air conditioning unit didn't work, but the TV did. The beds were a little lumpy but the linen was clean. The toilet/shower pod was showing its age but was clean and everthing worked. It really was just a place to rest our heads on a long journey so it was as expected."

"The hotel was nice but was disappointed that the heavily advertised hot tub was exclusive to over 18 with an additional fee. I feel like this age restriction should be disclosed prior to booking. Apart from that it was a very nice hotel with lovely staff, in a nice city."

"Nice reasonably priced hotel very close to the Place Jaude (in effect the centre of Clermont-Ferrand), but in a fairly quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast."

"I had a package sent to me here and told them before hand, but they locked it in an office and I had to wait for the manager to arrive at 14:00. That was 6 hours of waiting! On a Sunday after 3 weeks of traveling. "

"Very nice hotel. We had to ask to change our room because it was joined with another one and we could hear someone talking all the time. Luckily there was a different room available and it was really nice and quiet there. Disappointed with very slow internet. "Centrally located hotel at the heart of the town. Underground car park directly below the hotel was very convenient and easy to access. We had a rear facing room which avoided the street noise at the front. Would highly recommend."
