108房設施老舊 , 冷氣噪音很大 , 床墊都感覺得到彈簧突出 , 靠近街道，所以很吵 , 寧願捨棄一晚住宿費逃離不續住

I am request for toilet door repair no body attend until my check out time. No fridge for keeping melted item like chocolate and etc. no coffee or tea packet like other same level budget hotel.

Worst place to stay in Langkawi
Up on arrival, the staff mentioned that I have no booking! (Even though I had fully paid online via Expedia). Then they found the booking. Though I asked for a double room, they provided a triple room stating that there's only one room left. In the room only the bed, WiFi and AC was available. No shower gel, no water bottles, no water heater, no tea/coffee. The bathroom door was broken, the walls were covered with stain of I don't know what!. Really uncomfortable stay. Cannot recommend to anyone else.

Nice hotel near to Duty-Free shops
We stayed here for 3 days. The triple room was big enough to accommodate 4-5 adults with basic necessities. The location is great as Duty-Free shops are within walking distance and convenient if shopping is your main agenda. However, I would probably re-think again to stay here in the future. Here's why, the aircond is not maintained properly as it sparked and broke down on the second day. We issued a complaint to the management and they asked us to evacuate the room for 4-5 hours which we could not do due to bad weather and we had no place to go. They also blamed us for not reporting the problem early in the morning as if we knew the air cond is going to break down. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room could be improved as it was a bit dusty. The size of washroom is bigger than most hotels but the cleanliness could be improved as well and the toilet's door was broken. As for the beds' condition, the blankets were not properly cleaned and maintained as yellow stains were visible all over the blankets. Above all, the staffs were very responsive, nice, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth.
