"Other than it being insanely hot in the hotel, it was great! Clean, comfortable, quiet, big car park, can walk into town in 10 minutes. There is their pub, a MacDonalds and Chinese restaurant on the doorstep. You can easily walk to Loch Lomond, the forest/park, pubs and shops. The hotel isn't staffed and you check in inside the pub (separate building) but it was easy and the staff there were lovely."

"Lovely place, very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a a bit of an issue at check in, we had booked a family room which turned out to be a double bed and a trundle bed which they brought up. The trundle bed was not fit for purpose really, it didn't look safe to sleep on. Couldn't fault the staff or the manager though, they were very helpful and made sure to try and resolve the issue for us straight away. "Apartment was central to our needs. modern and clean and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Only drawback was it was slightly noisy at the back of the hotel where our room was. Lots of air con machines, heat/waste pumps and bin emptyting throughout the night. This wouldn't put me off staying at the Fraser Apartments again."

"Had a lovely stay at the Leonardo Hotel. Booked the executive Delux room and got exactly what Iv payed for. I receive a complimentary glass of wine, also the lounge was available everyday with free tea coffee soft drinks and pastries to enjoy. I had a comfortable sleep, good shower, very modern room. Not much bad to say, staffs were very nice. I used the gym while staying very nice had all the equipments with water and towels provided. Close to a lot of amnesties, central station nearby loads of restaurants and shopping around. 24 hour security as went out and got back late. Five star service👌👌👌"
