Fantastic, sunny apartment with Baltic Sea view and garden near the beach

The bright and modern apartment with garden and terrace is located only 200 meters from the marina Langballig and the beach with volleyball court and playground.
The entire ground floor is rented including the sunny, quiet garden and the terrace.
From the apartment, from the garden and from the terrace you have a great view of the Flensburg Außenförde to the opposite shore of Denmark and the beach and a part of the marina. The apartment is in the sun all day long and therefore has beautiful bright rooms. In 2014 the apartment was completely renovated. Kitchen and bathroom have been renewed in the same course. A spacious driveway provides ample parking at the house. One of the bedrooms has a second access to the terrace and the garden and as well as the living room a great view of the Flensburg outer fjord. The sunny peaceful garden provides an opportunity for barbecues and sunbathing.
The equipment is with W-LAN, Sat-TV, a modern well-equipped kitchen, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue very good. A spacious lockable storage room for bicycles, etc. is also available.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Lage und Ausstattung war wie angeboten. Die Eigentümerin, die übrigens sehr nett ist, müsste ab und zu die Reinigungsfirma überprüfen. Da ist Luft nach oben.

Entspannte Tage mit super Ausblick

Tolle helle Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen und super Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Schnell ist man in Flensburg und Glücksburg guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Mitten in der Natur und maximal komfortabel

Wir haben die Tage in der schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Toll, dass soooo viel Platz da ist, es fehlte an nichts. Kochen, chillen, Fernseh-Abend. Und am nächsten Morgen der Sonnenaufgang mit Ostseeblick. Unser Fazit: Mitten in der Natur und super komfortabel. Herrlich auch die Ruhe. Absolut empfehlenswert. Und eine nette Kommunikation mit Familie Botz.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick und Garten

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Frau Botz ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alles. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine super Ferienwohnung!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich top! Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich, sehr schön eingerichtet und es gab kaum Probleme. Der Meerblick und die großzügige Ausstattung (technische Geräte, Grillzeug, etc.) haben uns voll überzeugt. Zwar war teilweise das WLAN etwas langsam, dies stellte jedoch kein großes Problem für uns dar.

Toller Aufenthalt

Unsere Erwartungen sind mehr als übertroffen worden. Die Ferienwohnung ist stil- sowie liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist vollumfänglich. Die Terasse und der Garten sind toll angelegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eine hervorragende Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht!

Sonnige Tage an der Ostsee

Im September/Oktober machten wir in dieser gemütlichen, geräumigen und sauberen Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Hauseingang Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten von dort aus in wenigen Minuten zum Strand, Hafen und einigen Lokalen gehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr Gut

This is a very beautiful house and it located in a very good location. Not far away from Lanballigau habor, even sometimes the weather is not so perfect but we can stay in house like at home so comfortable.

Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung.

Wir hatten sehr schöne erholsame Tage in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in Langballig. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, freundlich, sehr sauber und bestens eingerichtet. Vom Haus erreicht man in 5 Gehminuten den nahen Strand und den kleinen Hafen mit den besten Fischbrötchen der Umgebung. 😀 Die etwas größere Badestrand an der Halbinsel Holnis ist in 10 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das in einer Wohnsiedlung gelegene, ruhige, sehr saubere, aufs Beste und oft Neuste, komfortabel und liebevoll ausgestattete, großzügige Haus ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Regentage konnten wir problemlos überbrücken. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war bestens und die Eltern der Vermieter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
