"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "It was second time we selected this location to stay a couple of days in Piedmont. Appartement ist equipped with love and here you will find all you need for vacation. Environment is very beautiful for hiking or driving around to taste different wines "

"We travelled to Piemonte for wine tasting, and this house is almost ideally situated in the middle of the Asti-Alba-Barolo-Barbera-Barbaresco area. It is in a rural area, and the local farmer does drive his tractor and truck by the house occasionally (several times a day). Otherwise, noise is almost nonexistent. "L emplacement est ideal pour les amoureux de la nature. Tres belle riviere à proximité, tres beau jardin. La maison est bien équipée. Très bon accueil . La seule remarque serait un rafraîchissement de la peinture dans la cuisine."

"Das Appartement ist wunderschön und wie in der Beschreibung. Die Umgebung ist es leider nicht. Das Objekt ist ca 50 Meter von einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse entfernt und direkt dahinter ist eine grosse Baustelle, auf der ab 7 Uhr morgens Rammarbeiten stattfanden. Wir haben uns aufgrund der Lautstärke und der Moskitos hauptsächlich drinnen aufgehalten. Die Terrasse ist auch so zugewachsen, das man nur in den Garten schauen kann. Am Abreisetag hat Margherita etwas zur Baustelle gesagt, das hätte ich...

"Wir waren mit 16 personen dort. Der garten ist wunderschön, das haus rustikal aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Und der pizza ofen war weltklasse :)"

"Much better than expected. The Mulino had all the amenities we could wish for. Yes it is quite remote but that is part of the attraction. Cortemillia is nearby with 2 supermarkets, a couple of bars and restaurants and a market on Friday. The Langhe is superb and we will certainly return."
