"The building it self is really nice however it was constructed of wood and so sound travels throughout the entire structure. My family and I rented the one bedroom suite, which is their premier room, and we could hear every person who entered the building due to the continuity of sound from the stairwell through the structure. "Just the most inexpensive place to stay for a family funeral. In room coffee was ok. Was too late (8:30) for whatever breakfast they had, if they did. Walls were paper thin, listened to my neighbor hack and couch all night. Car doors slamming all night. Heat worked fine. Could have used an extra blanket as mine was paper thin. King room and lots of flat pillows. 2 nice desks but you have to move them to get to power plugs for your devices. Internet was basically unusable, nowhere near todays...

"Our group has an annual Fall outing that usually puts us in Southern MO or Northern Arkansas. We elected to stay much closer to the KC metro and found the One of a Kind Lodge. The house is beautiful and built with high end materials and finishes. The view to the East is spectacular. Plan on taking walks, fishing, cooking and sitting in rocking chairs. We had a very relaxing long weekend."

"The cabin worked well for us and was in the same community as our relative's lot which was very convenient for our visit. Inside was clean and kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Lots of comfortable seating. "
