TY KAER - Charming new house

Welcome to TY KAER, a welcoming house carefully decorated.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen, perfectly integrated with the living room and dining area, creating a friendly space to share moments with family or friends. A large bay window opens onto the garden, offering direct access to the terrace.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The first has a double bed (140x200). The second consists of two single beds. Finally, a bunk bed is located in the third bedroom. A modern bathroom with a shower completes this floor, ensuring all the necessary comfort.

Toilets are located on the ground floor, as well as upstairs in the bathroom.

Located close to the sea, this house is ideal for enjoying moments with family or friends!

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket with 100% local products, a digital welcome booklet explaining the house's functioning and advising you on activities and tourist sites to visit!

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristic places of Pays d'Iroise: explore the islands of Ouessant or Molène departing from the charming and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, walk along the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Saint Matthieu point, Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, Brest Fine Arts Museum...
For children, you will also find nearby: la récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
