"We loved our stay in St Ives and the property and its location are great. Jemma was a great host and arranged flowers etc to be at the property before we arrived. My gf loved them. The only issues we encountered were the lack of taxis on a rainy day, book well in advance (no Uber), Just Eat is the only food delivery app that has any availability (only 4 restaurants) and the phone signal and data coverage is very patchy. City slickers will take some time to adjust but after a while its great that...

"This was our first experience staying in a self catering accommodation and it won’t be the last. We had everything needed to live comfortably. The view was amazing too. Jan came in to welcome us so gracefully on our first night and made us feel really welcome. The house was beautifully decorated and cozy, made us feel like we were home. The house itself on the whole was good, although the kitchen utensils and plates were all very dirty and needed washing before use and the shower is impossible for anyone over the height of 5ft with a connection lead not long enough to extend țhe shower height. "10/10 A perfect little gem close to the centre and a stones throw to Penlee Park which is the perfect place to walk if you have a dog. Alec and Serena are such lovely hosts , kind , helpful and generous allowing guests to share their beautiful garden. The flat is spotless and comfortable and very much home from home. The cottage was clean and comfortable although perhaps a little chilly in January. It is also not designed for large people as the shower is tiny and the ceilings are low in places. A useful addition would be reading lamps in the main bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay in beautiful St Ives"
